Join us for an evening of regional food & drink with Triple J Pastures, a slow-food focused sustainable farm in Northeastern Vermont. This summer supper will consist of multiple courses sourced from a Triple J whole pig served communally. Enjoy the gardens and grounds with your party before heading into our greenhouse to dine. Beverage pairings featuring local wines from Marzae Wines are available for purchase, and we will have Dirigible brews from nearby Littleton on draught.
