The Herb Lyceum’s April Speaker’s series brings delicious, one-night-only menu offerings together with food for the mind, harkening back to the United States’ historical Lyceum movement or even to Aristotle’s own Lyceum.

On April 17th, please join us and the fine folks over at Dirigible Brewing Company in Littleton, MA for a delicious dinner celebrating a spectrum of their delicious brews. Each of the 5 courses will be paired with a different beer, and will contain ingredients used in making each brew (or contain one of the beers as well!) Come join us for a celebration of head brewer Colin Knirk’s delicious bubbly beverages.
