We are excited to finally return to cooking classes here at the Lyceum. We will start with our first class on Pasta. In this course you will learn how to make two different pastas from scratch. Classes will start with a demonstration, and then lead into group instruction as you practice your new skills in real time. For this class, each attendee will also get two pasta making tools that they will be able to keep and bring home to further their pasta filled adventures . Light snacks and beverages will be served throughout the class which will conclude with communal lunch featuring the pasta we made in class, as well as a salad and dessert.
